Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", or "you") and aaajl1 (hereinafter "aaajl1", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the aaajl1 website located at https://aaajl1.net and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered thereon.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) aaajl1 account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. You are obligated to update this information promptly if any changes occur.

You are solely responsible for:

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your aaajl1 wallet upon confirmed receipt from your payment provider. Intellectual Property

Termination & Suspension

Either party may terminate the agreement created by these Terms at any time. You may close your aaajl1 account by submitting a closure request to customer support, provided that all pending withdrawal requests have been settled and no active wagering requirements remain outstanding on a claimed bonus.

aaajl1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any game-specific or promotion-specific rules.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the timeframe requested by aaajl1.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct.
• Instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Discovery that the player no longer meets the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

Upon termination for breach, aaajl1 may withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that a breach occurred, aaajl1 reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the account balance in accordance with the severity of the breach and applicable PAGCOR guidelines. Where an account is closed at the player's own request without any breach, any verified real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing window.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

If the matter cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where the subject matter falls within PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction. For all other matters, the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

Amendments to These Terms

aaajl1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully affect your rights or obligations as a player — aaajl1 will provide notice via a prominent on-site banner or by direct notification to your registered email address or mobile number, no fewer than seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect.

For non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or changes required by regulatory directive), aaajl1 may update the Terms without advance notice. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.
